The story of Kitty Hoynes began in Ireland with the son of a hardware store owner whose name was David. After meeting a pretty lady from Syracuse, NY he decided to move around the world for love. In turn, this love sprouted another love, one of fine Irish food, drink and music. This gave birth to the idea of the most authentic Irish Pub in Syracuse, NY, Kitty Hoynes Irish Pub, named after his lovely mother.
