Syracuse Sunday Funday comes around every week!  It’s time to bring you the great events that will cure your Sunday boredom.  If you have hesitated with your holiday shopping, putting it off another day is definitely not going to hurt.

Los Blancos at Empire Brewing CompanyOnce again, Empire Brewing Company is showcasing Los Blancos at their infamously delicious Sunday Blue Brunch.  The doors will be opening at 11:30 in the morning, and Los Blancos takes the stage at 12:30.  Come one and come all!  Sit back, relax and enjoy a mimosa or a Winter Warmer “Tog Grog” with a nice warm brunch with your family and/or friends.

Tim Herron at Shifty’s on Burnet Avenue.   Your football team has played and has hopefully won.  Dinner is over,  and you have your second wind.  What do you do?  Your first option would be to head to Shifty’s, which is located at 1401 Burnet Avenue in Syracuse.  At Shifty’s you will be able to enjoy the sounds of Tim Herron.  Acoustic or electric, Tim Herron will appeal to all ears with both originals and covers.  There is no cover charge to enjoy this show.

Reverend Horton Heat at The Westcott Theater.  Who doesn’t love consistency?  Once again, The Westcott Theater is offering another rocking show to get you off your seats and into your dancing shoes.  The legendary Reverend Horton Heat is showcasing their rockabilly talents after the doors open at 7 p.m.  Reverend Horton Heat offers a high energy show, so don’t let the rockabilly genre scare you.  Reverend infuses a generous amount of blues, country and punk into the sound emitting out of those speakers.  After openers Continental and Amerikan Primitive take the stage, Reverend Horton Heat will melt your eardrums and please your eyes with a fantastic show.  Tickets are only $15.
